Ingénieur chimiste de l’ESPCI (Ecole Supérieure de Physique et de chimie Industrielles) depuis 2001, elle obtient son doctorat en 2005 sous la direction du Dr Claude MONNERET (Institut Curie, Paris). Elle rejoint ensuite l’équipe du Dr Charles MIOSKOWSKI (CEA, Saclay) pour un stage post-doctoral de 15 mois puis celle du Pr Sylviane GIORGI-RENAULT (Université Paris 5, Faculté de Pharmacie, Paris) en tant qu’ATER en Chimie Thérapeutique. Depuis l’automne 2007, elle occupe un poste de Maître de Conférences en Chimie Thérapeutique et travaille sur l’angiogenèse tumorale ; concevant et synthétisant des inhibiteurs de méthionine aminopeptidase 2, en tant qu’agents anti-angiogéniques. Depuis 2010, elle s’intéresse à la caractérisation des interactions protéine-protéine et protéine-ligand par différentes méthodes biophysicochimiques (RMN, fluorescence, SPR, TEM …). Dans le contexte de la maladie d’Alzheimer, elle synthétise et réalise les évaluations biologiques de composés peptidomimétiques conçus au laboratoire pour moduler la cinétique d’agrégation du peptide amyloïde 1-42. Elle est aussi impliquée dans un projet de cancérologie, étudiant les interactions protéasome-inhibiteurs par fluorescence et RMN 19F.
