- Design and synthesis of biologically active peptides and peptidomimetics, particularly focused on designed multitarget ligands and structure-based design.
- Analgesic, anticancer and membrane active peptides (CPPs, fusion peptides).
- Synthesis of fluorinated and constrained amino acids.
- Biophysical analyses of peptides (calorimetry, spectrofluorometry).
