BioCIS has a chemical library service listing 2,994 pure compounds from our research activities.

This collection represents 3% of the national chemical library (98,851 molecules – BioCIS ranks 10th out of 44 partner laboratories) and is stored in DMSO solution in 96-well plates at Evotec, based in Toulouse.
Most of the compounds are also stored at BioCIS (powder, liquid, etc.) so that larger quantities can be supplied to screeners.

The national chemical library is regularly screened via ChemBioFrance, a national infrastructure bringing together chemists, screening biologists, chemoinformaticians, and ADMETox platforms.
We also work closely with the CIBLOT-IPSIT platform at our IFR. This platform facilitates collaboration between IFR biologists and BioCIS chemists.
