Natural products isolation and analytical development

The laboratory, relying on several collaborations (Ivory Coast, Egypt, Ghana, Burkina Faso, Gabon, Guyana, New Caledonia, French Polynesia), enjoys an exceptional access to a large biodiversity in compliance with international rules (Nagoya convention). The objective of this theme is to guide the discovery of new bioactive natural chemical entities from plants, marine invertebrates, microorganisms, macromycetes and insects by systematically integrating the latest developments in chemoinformatics (molecular networking, biodereplication, database implementation), in digital chemistry (DFT and absolute configuration determination) and in artificial intelligence (design of multi-criteria decision tools).
