We are currently engaged in an ambitious program aiming at imagining new cascade reactions within DNA environments. The chiral information of the double strand will have to be transmitted during the reaction as an enzyme active site would do. Bio-inspired reactions are being studied in order to access complex molecules and natural substances. Partners of the project are Institut des Biomolécules Max Mousseron de Montpellier (Pr Michael Smietana) and Queen Mary of London (Pr Stellios Arseniyadis).
